Careful sharing settings in SharePoint and OneDrive, with audit logging turned on and reviewed.
Help with secure file sharing, and extended availability during tax season.
Retention policies and legal hold in Microsoft 365, and orderly account removal when staff leave.
Ongoing support for offices that don't have a dedicated IT person.

How it works
Requests are reviewed during the day, completed after hours, and followed by a written summary.
Send a request by email, phone or the form below. You'll receive confirmation of the planned changes and timing.
Work begins after staff have signed off, so no one is interrupted.
Changes are made remotely or on site and tested before the office reopens. On-site work after hours requires building access arranged in advance.
A brief written summary of the issue and how it was resolved and anything staff should be aware of.
A brief check‑in is done the next day to confirm the issue was fully resolved and everything is running smoothly.
